Rad Power Bikes has grown to 650,000 customers, leading a global revolution in low carbon mobility.We are looking for RADICAL people to join our global teams: Results-Driven, Approachable, Diverse, Innovative, Customer-Driven, Accountable, and always Learning.We are seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to manage our on-site experience to ensure customer needs are met and we achieve our omnichannel business goals, lead cross-functional planning & execution for promotions and programs, including modeling and reporting.
We have a small passionate team at Rad, so this role may also flex into program and project management when needed to support strategic initiatives.The salary for this role is $100,000 - $140,000; however, we consider several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
Why You’re Rad (about you):
- 8+ years of experience in merchandising and operations in a consumer-based ecommerce environment
- A proven track record of analyzing sales and digital data, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate customer needs and plan product, brand & program experiences in partnership with other cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to switch between thinking about strategy and execution, while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that will require you to both create processes as well as process improvements
- Experience planning and managing the site experience for go-to-market campaigns for new product launches, promotions and program & marketing campaigns
- Strong experience drafting a strategic plan and seeing it through to execution, including ongoing communications on status and performance
- Understands the relationships between ecommerce, merchandising, supply chain, and performance marketing
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platform

- Led the execution of a dynamic promotional calendar, adjusting for business opportunities and facilitating the plan across cross divisional teams
- Partnered with marketing on integrated campaigns to deliver an increase in acquisition, conversion rates, overall order size and manage margin performance across a variety of product lines
- Facilitated a cross-divisional weekly business report to communicate business performance across the company
- Managed our two North America websites to provide a superior user experience for the customer across a range of site updates (including inventory mgmt, content updates, etc.)
- Partnered with the Dev team to launch and measure new site features or optimizations for the customer to reduce customer friction and drive revenue
