Join Prezzee as a Business Development Executive, the purpose of this role is to identify, contact and open conversations with potential clients across the UK market. The successful applicant will be a genuine team-player that loves to smash through goals.
Reporting to the UK Sales Team Lead, you will contact prospects and set meetings for your BD colleagues. We win together as a team at Prezzee and you’ll do this by living our values and learning from some impressive sales professionals, all while having a lot of fun.This role is a hybrid role where we will need someone to work in our London office 3 days per week.If you've got a successful track record in business development in an e-commerce/SaaS environment, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we would love to hear from you!

- Research and identify organisations that could(should!) be using Prezzee Business for reward, incentive and gifting
- Reach out and open conversations with prospects for all of these use cases
- Set meetings with qualified prospects for your BDM colleagues
- Collaborate with our colleagues in Marketing to create and refine lead gen campaigns that complement your activity
- Pick up the phone, we need someone who isn’t afraid of cold calling prospects where we know we can help them to explain just how that would work-we love to talk!
- Revel in a team atmosphere, we succeed together at Prezzee and our most successful performers really embrace that
- Contribute creatively to conversations, internally and externally, about Prezzee Business and how we take it to market-we want to hear your voice!
- Be proactive in your relationships with colleagues, you are driving your own success-particularly when devising and deploying campaigns with marketing
- Passionately represent Prezzee as a business, our products and the difference we make to our clients
- Demonstrate a mastery of communications such as email and LinkedIn to ensure you are accurately and persuasively sharing the Prezzee message
- Contribute to planning campaigns by identifying target audiences, creating messaging and showcasing best practice
- Demonstrate resilience and positivity with a desire to perform above target level
- Proactively monitor market activity to ensure you’re up to date with developments that might enable you to identify opportunities for Prezzee Business

What we are looking for?
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to juggle various tasks and stay organised

- Keen understanding of qualifying leads and identifying opportunities
- Strong written skills/ability to produce sales collateral

Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative(SDR) or equivalent BD role
- Broad market knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
