ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • You’ll sell a pain killer (not a vitamin) to SMBs who lack the internal expertise or resources to solve data protection themselves. 
  • You’ll manage the full 360 sales cycle, closing deals ranging from ÂŁ20-ÂŁ50k ACV 
  • You’ll place a strong emphasis on prospecting. Your pipeline will consist of 70% outbound and 30% inbound deals.
  • You’ll use our proven sales playbook to identify, manage, and close deals, and proactively contribute to improving it. 
  • You’ll work closely with the Head of Revenue to develop your consultative sales skills and product knowledge. 
  • You’ll be expected to close 2 deals per month (depending on ACV) once you’re fully ramped up. 
  • You’ll engage with multiple senior stakeholders throughout the sales process - especially COOs and CEOs.

Requirements


WHAT YOU NEED:


  • 3+ years of sales experience with 1-2 years closing ÂŁ20k+ ACV deals 
  • An SDR background - you are competent at prospecting and comfortable in a role that requires 70%+ outbound sourced pipeline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - especially when engaging with C-suite 
  • Charisma - you’re able to make a seemingly boring topic interesting
  • A structured and process-oriented approach to selling 
  • Ability to work independently from home and able to commute to London to co-work 1-2 days per week 
  • Natural curiosity with strong questioning skills
