Job Description
Workshop is looking for a passionate recruiter to help us grow our team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business. We are growing rapidly and need someone to lead the charge on building our team.
As a Recruiter, you will:
- Source and recruit top talent to work at Workshop
- Conduct phone screens for positions across all departments
- Coordinate the entire candidate experience from their application to their first day
- Manage all requisitions and candidates in the ATS (Greenhouse)
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine role requirements and hiring processes
- Network with local organizations to grow our employer brand in Omaha and build a diverse candidate pool
- Attend and coordinate career fairs
- Represent Workshop’s culture and values consistently
To be successful at this position, you’ll need to:
- A couple years of experience sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Have excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- Love meeting new people and building relationships
- Be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- Work well across many departments and teams
- Bring a high level of energy to the job every day
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience recruiting at a SaaS company
- Have managed an ATS in the past (extra points if you’ve used Greenhouse)
