This role works closely with our Client Success Managers to provide exceptional service to our valued clients and will ensure each assigned client gets maximum utilization out of GoCo. We are looking for an adaptable self-starter, who is eager to learn and will be excited to advocate for their clients. Because we are a small tech start-up, your contributions will have a high impact on the business giving you great purpose. You will be part of our Client Success team, and you will have tremendous opportunity to grow and develop in this role. What will I be doing?

  • Triaging tickets that come through the Client Success inbox 
  • Escalate client issues 
  • Complete tasks, projects and tickets assigned to you based 
  • Managing day to day tasks for assigned client accounts
  • Host ongoing support calls and attend ongoing client meetings
  • Reviewing EDI discrepancies and third party administrator issues
  • Timely responses that meet KPI requirements
  • Creating bug tickets, enhancements, and product asks on behalf of your assigned clients

Necessary Skills

  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Comfortable troubleshooting and critical thinking on the spot
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with a client management software, we use Hubspot
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Industry knowledge, specifically in human resources, benefits and/or software, is a big plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • A love of creative problem solving
  • Collaborative, positive attitude, and self-motivated
