Staff Claims Adjuster

Position Summary:
As a Staff Claims Adjuster, you will play a vital role in our claims department by handling a variety of insurance claims. You’ll work with our director of claims to assist clients as we process their claims.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and document claims to determine coverage and liability.Negotiate settlements with claimants and third-party representatives.Process payments and maintain accurate claim records.Assist with complex claims as needed.Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Attention to detail and organizational skills.3+ years of experience as a claims adjuster. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.You must be a licensed claims adjuster.
