What is the role of Operations Analyst at Fipto?
As a Operations Analyst at Fipto, you will work closely with Bertrand, our COO, our Sales team, and our product team to ensure the smooth running of customer transactions. Your main role will be to manage and configure client accounts. Moreover, you'll be in charge of onboarding and monitoring customer transactions, as well as ensuring that every financial entry in our ledger is properly reconciled in Fipto's books.
Here are your missions:
- Analyze our corporate clients' files (KYB/KYC) and analyze their risk from a compliance point of view.
- Manage account openings with Fipto partners (fintech, banks, liquidity providers) to enhance our product offering.
- Monitor transactions in crypto-currencies and traditional currencies to manage fraud risks, as well as regulatory compliance risks.
- Manage settlements and deliveries with Fipto's liquidity partners.
- Optimize Fipto's cash flows between our various operational, trading and settlement accounts.
- Make proposals to improve existing processes / create new ones.
- Implement **strategic recommendations** on partnerships and customers.
Your Future Team:
You will work under Bertrand, your future manager and also one of Fipto’s co-founders and COO’s.You will also work closely with :
- Gregoire and Patrick, Fipto’s co-founders
- The Head of Compliance, Ivaylo
- The Product team composed of Zineb, Baptiste, Brice and Jean-Laurent
- The Sales team composed of Grégoire, Valentin, Charlotte
- as well as many other people
About You:
- With a degree in Management/Banking/Finance, you have at least 5 years' experience in middle-office positions, ideally in banking/insurance/asset management/private equity.
- You are proficient in standard office tools (Microsoft Office) and comfortable with financial operations
- You have strong technical skills in financial products and excellent IT skills
- You have a good command of VBA and understanding of Python
- You’re organized and rigorous in your tasks
- You have good interpersonal skills and are a team player
- You are dynamic, proactive, curious and detail-oriented
- You’re fluent in English
- You have a synthetic thinking and knows how to manage your stress
