Italic is seeking a talented part-time and creative Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, as well as creating engaging content to attract and engage our audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Monitor social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant
Engage with our audience and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Content Creation
Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media posts, ads, and campaigns
Conduct research on our products to understand their unique selling points and create content that highlights their features and benefits
Collaborate with our design team to develop visually appealing graphics and videos
Test and iterate on content to optimize performance and drive results
Analytics and Reporting
Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide regular reports to the marketing team
Use data-driven insights to inform future content strategies and optimizations
Requirements
Technical Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
