Role: Tele Collection Specialist
Responsibilities
- Collect Payments: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to arrange payment.
- Manage Accounts: Review and prioritize accounts based on payment history and risk.
- Report Issues: Identify and report recurring payment problems to the Credit Collections Manager.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Handle Inquiries: Address customer questions about billing and payments professionally.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies and legal regulations during collection activities.
- Follow-Up: Make follow-up calls to ensure payment arrangements are met.
Qualifications
- University degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Experience in collections, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with professional phone manner.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- English fluency
