Quantstamp is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our team in multiple facets of crypto financial administration, employee services, recruitment, and general business operations. Your day-to-day work will involve
Support operational initiatives in finance, employee services, and overall business operations.
Assist with entity management activities.
Contribute to hiring efforts in the APAC region.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
Perform various administrative duties as needed.
Need to haves
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in operations, payroll admin, recruitment in APAC or similar roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs and priorities.
Experience working in the crypto and blockchain industry.
