Position Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to join our in-house Platform Marketing team. In this role, you will spearhead the creation, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across diverse platforms including Google SEM, Youtube and Meta, all aimed at meeting and exceeding our key performance indicators (KPIs). You will craft strategies that drive conversions and overall business impact and have P/L responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- P/L ownership for one or multiple channel(s), owning between $250k - $1mm per month in media spend
- Strategy: Lead strategy for these channels, working in tandem with external agencies and guiding them towards distinctive results
- Campaign performance: Bid setting, audience optimization (within platforms and using third party DMPs) and data-driven decision making
- Setting up pixels using GTM and CAPI
- Partnering with our creatives and our compliance team to ideate on and test new, experimental creative concepts
- Working with our product team to personalize and optimize a long, nuanced funnel to conversion
Requirements and Skill Sets:
- 2+ years experience in performance marketing campaign management, owning more than $250k per month in media spend
- Hands-on experience managing ads in Google Ads platform, and/or Meta
- Highly analytical, with the ability to analyze complex down-funnel data in spreadsheets, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and custom dashboards
- Experience running experiments (A/B creative tests, conversion lift tests, etc.) and analyzing data
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and all performance marketing metrics (CPM, CVR, CPA, CPC & LTV)
- SQL or other data analysis skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills, project management and excellent communication ability
- You are a self-starter and proactive in making the display channel grow and meet targets
- Knowledge of finance and investing is a plus

Demonstrate P/L ownership of 1+ marketing channelsFind optimization improvements (bidding, creative, audience, or otherwise) within your channel and create a roadmap to scaleAdditional Requirements:

How does Masterworks think about compensation?
The compensation range for the role is $80-100k (inclusive only of base salary, and exclusive of other potential competitive benefits such as on-target commission, bonus payments, and equity). Our ranges are very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.
