OVERVIEW


We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis (contract opportunity). This role provides support in various marketing initiatives, focusing on content development, event assistance, and influencer outreach. The ideal candidate should possess a knack for writing and storytelling and be eager to apply AI tools to enhance their effectiveness. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience and contribute creatively within a dynamic team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Copy Oversight & Execution: Develop and oversee copy across channels for newsletter, social media, website, and product pages
  • PR Support: Help track PR activities and assist with the creation of press releases and media pitches.
  • Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of brand events, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Influencer Outreach & Management: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, managing outreach and collaborations to amplify brand awareness.
  • Influencer Seeding Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of influencer seeding campaigns to promote product launches and initiatives.
  • General Marketing Support: Work closely with the Senior Manager of Campaign Marketing and other team members to drive brand awareness and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on copywriting, PR management, and event planning.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges and learn in a team setting.

The estimated annual pay range for this role is $20-$28 per hour.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”) Employer.
