We are a small HR team and you will be working closely together with team members in Zug and in remote locations.Responsibilities
- Independent execution of personnel administration and staff life cycle
- Support in executing salary runs including withholding tax settlements
- Processing of entries, exits and other changes
- Recording accident and sickness reports as well as communication with insurance companies and authorities
- Support with time recording and absence management
- Maintenance of various internal master data and statistics, e.g. vacation balances, headcount lists, etc.
- Support in projects like vocational training, recruitment and team building events
Requirements
- Commercial training (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) or further education in Human Resources in Switzerland (HRSE qualified)
- Min. 3 years of proven experience in HR or in a people operations function
- Affinity to technology and experience with HR / Payroll Software
- Goal and results orientated with a high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
A plus
- Experience with Abacus Software
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Working knowledge and understanding of Swiss employment legislation and the Swiss social security system
- Working command with Google Workspace tools
