We are looking for technical staff to join our team leveraging edge of tomorrow legal line-of business-systems. We have support agreements for all our major systems, applications, and hardware. Giving our attorneys and staff systems that enable their work for our clients is the highest priority for our information technology support operations.We are willing to train the right candidate to include opportunities for certification and CEU reimbursement.Education
- Required: high school diploma
- Desired: formal training in any IT industry-related skill
Certification
- Desired: technical certification such as CompTIA A+/Sec+/Net+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundations, Microsoft Technology Associate, or another widely accepted industry certificate.
ExperienceTroubleshooting and supporting applications running on W10 end points.Duties
- Troubleshoot browsers, operating systems, file systems, and general workstation issues.
- Effectively communicate with staff and vendors over the phone, in person, and digitally while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
- Provide basic technical education and support as requested by users.
- Provide technical feedback on technical process issues to improve overall service delivery.
- Research solutions independently.
- Configure and allocate systems to end-users. Emplace and install user equipment. Assist with the movement & disposal of retired equipment. This position does involve moving computer equipment, including monitors, computers, and other equipment. The ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly is required in this role.
- Document, track, escalate, and attain resolution for service requests.
