  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to position our services effectively.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s-level degree and technology experience are required
  • Minimum of 4 years of client account management experience
  • Strong business acumen with client-focused attitude
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with CRM software preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in a quota-driven sales environment
