- Cultivate Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for our key clients, building trust and understanding their unique needs.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s-level degree and technology experience are required
- Minimum of 4 years of client account management experience
- Strong business acumen with client-focused attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a quota-driven sales environment
