$100,000 - $125,000 a yearWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales who is tech-savvy, data-driven, and has a proven track record in scaling subscription-based services. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing and improving key recurring revenue metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, Churn, CLV, and Net Revenue Retention.As a key member of the Executive Team, the Vice President of Sales will oversee the marketing, sales, and client management departments.
This role involves collaborating with the leadership team on strategic initiatives related to product development, digital transformation, and information systems. You will be accountable for achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals and for leading and empowering the Director of Marketing, Director of Sales, and Client Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue-growth strategy to drive consistent year-over-year revenue increases.Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing, sales, and client management teams, fostering a culture of growth, client success, and achievement.Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, Director of Sales, and Client Directors to implement and optimize recurring revenue metrics.Analyze large data sets and generate customized reports using advanced data visualization tools.Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance competitive advantage with strategic tactics.Prepare and present detailed revenue reports and forecasts to the board and key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
