Associate Director, Spanish Language Qualitative Custom Insights & Strategy
Remote - Must be US BasedOverviewCollage Group is seeking a Spanish bi-lingual, bi-culturalAssociate Director to join our Custom Insights team in our mission to help organizations unleash the power of culture to drive brand growth. The Associate Director will have supplier-side experience conducting consumer qualitative research across the whole project lifecycle, as well as managing client relationships. This is a multi-functional role conducting custom consumer and market insights research across multiple US Hispanic market segments.
You will propel research through scoping, survey design and fielding, deliverable creation and member presentations. In this role you will also leverage Collage’s intellectual assets, including breakthrough insights, strategies and best practices to provide a complete picture of America’s fastest-growing, most influential consumers.Responsibilities
- Work with clients to manage and execute qualitative market research to uncover key insights that will shape the way our clients activate these consumer segments
- Moderate a range of qualitative methodologies including online bulletin boards/diaries, IDIs and focus groups
- Coordinate with clients, team members, and 3rd party vendors through the project lifecycle including screener and discussion guide design, recruitment, moderation, analysis and reporting
- Perform qualitative analysis to surface “storytelling” insights to be used for strategic recommendations for our clients
- Create high-quality presentations/reports leveraging user-friendly visualization and layouts
- Work with team members to ensure all project deadlines are met and project logistics are accounted for
- Collaborate with quantitative team members on multi-method projects and cross-train/support on occasional quantitative projects
Experience
- 5+ years experience with qualitative supplier-side market research, including research design, recruitment, moderation, analysis and reporting
- 2+ years experience in Market Research or Consumer Insights agency.
- Native/Bilingual Spanish-language fluency required
- Demonstrated successful moderation in-language and in-culture.
- Ability to moderate both online and in-person methodologies, such as video IDIs, online bulletin boards/diaries, focus groups
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
- Intellectually curious with a passion for research and talking to people
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience with quantitative research a plus
