Key Responsibilities for Quality Management Specialist
- Ensure compliance with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to drive continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality management strategies into business processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management documentation and reports.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide training and guidance on quality management practices and CMMI compliance.
- Assist in setting performance metrics and quality targets to drive business excellence.
Skills and Experience Required for Quality Management Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management roles, with a focus on CMMI compliance preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and standards.
- Proven ability to conduct audits and implement quality improvement measures.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, with experience providing training and presentations.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
