Patient Enrollment Specialist

We partner with health systems, community health centers, plans, and employers to remove barriers to care to ensure all people have access to the care they deserve.We are looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist who will play an important role at AndHealth.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Optimize conversion rates throughout the new patient enrollment funnel from first contact with prospects to enrollment as a CHC patient (or first medical visit). Key areas of focus include:
- Maximize prospective patient conversion rates (from prospect to first meeting with the provider) by developing and optimizing scripting and training and directing enrollment specialists to become high performers.
- Optimize the choreography of the first provider meeting to drive engagement, timely monetization, retention and future referrals. Key measures of success include: % patients declining Rx transition and time to monetization
- Develop and optimize the patient retention choreography to maximize LTV.
- Key measures of success include recognized revenue, patient retention rate, and average referrals per patient
- Own and deliver on Registry Study implementation, including building an engaged network of collaborating community specialists and ensuring their ability to fulfill the requirements of the study data submission guidelines.
- Coordinate in-house and contract resources to create, implement, and optimize new patient acquisition initiatives.
- Support and develop care team members in their ability to communicate the company’s value proposition, build patient trust, and retain patient engagement through the life of the relationship.
- Work to identify and create partnerships with integrative medicine practitioners that could have patients that qualify for our direct enrollment program.
Education & Licensure Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Other Skills or Qualifications:
- Background in healthcare.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
