Join us and be part of something big!Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Product Marketing to position the company and its products for market leadership.

This critical role will be a key driver of the company’s success in both the short term and the long term, shaping what we build and how we go to market. The ideal candidate will have strong playbooks for every facet of product marketing, know how to build and lead a team during hypergrowth, and know what great looks like for B2B SaaS marketing. Key Responsibilities:* Build and lead a team of high-performing product marketers, starting with 1 today and hiring several more over the next year. * Establish, maintain, and socialize foundational assets, such as competitive intelligence, personas & buyer journeys, win/loss insights, ICP, segmentation, and more.* Own messaging & positioning — for the platform and individual products, and for features — as well as product naming. * Build and maintain an impactful launch program, including the process, the calendar, the strategy and the execution.

* Build a strong partnership with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to continue improving and evolving our launches. * Own go-to-market enablement and assets, from the first call deck and overview one-pager to the customer-facing roadmap, case studies, and competitive battlecards. Oversee the training of field teams on both internal and external resources. * Build out a repository of proof points, including case studies, quotes, and stats. * Serve as a subject matter expert for the marketing team in developing campaigns and building assets* Serve as a key member of the pricing committee, advising on pricing & packaging decisions and overseeing the rollout of any changes.Requirements:* 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing* People management experience, preferably in dynamic and often ambiguous environments* Strong analytical skills, and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions & strategy* Proactive, strategic, and self-motivated — always pushing to do better*Energized by supporting teammates in achieving mutual goals; passionate about driving measurable impactKnowledge of DTC / Ecommerce space a plus; knowledge of analytics or data products a plusSkills:* Ambitious and eager to grow within the role and the company.* Strong people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to scale success through others.* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.$175,000 - $220,000 a year
