Job Description
- Leverage phone, email, chat and where possible client /prospect/partner facing activities to build relationships with key business decision makers and develop and close sales opportunities across the region.
- Own your Sales Territory and Quota
- Grow revenue by managing your sales pipeline to quota attainment, with timely updates in our CRM system to help forecast expected wins.
- Utilize Consultative selling techniques to show why Veeam's product will be able to solve the problems / pain points of the customer.
- "Quarterbacking” sales - coordinating and aligning your team to deliver sales wins and close new business opportunities in a channel driven sales environment.
Day-day includes responsibility for:
- Generating sales within assigned territory.
- Driving key business and technical benefits mapped to the end user requirements from partner deal registrations, qualified opportunities, and lead generation lists, customer meetings, partners events and cold calling as needed.
- Coordinating sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business.
- Maximizing coverage within the defined region and penetrating organizations with Veeam products via Cross-selling efforts.
- Providing forecasting and account opportunity as needed.
- Driving revenue and contributing to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
- Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry updating and maintaining the Veeam CRM system (salesforce.com).
Qualifications / Skills:
- 4+ years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred
- Native French Speaker
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
- Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field)
- Ability to find approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
- Exceptional written communications and electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to relay information to potential customers
- Data Center and/or SaaS industry experience preferred
- Salesforce.com is a plus
- Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Experience with Public Sector, Education and Healthcare organizations is a plus
