Job Summary:
As the Central Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you are instrumental in making sure warehouse operations are best in class and that shipping activity runs smoothly at Veo. We are looking for someone who loves logistics and finding new, better, faster ways to do things while also being an effective and proactive communicator. This role works out of Bell, CA and reports to the Strategic Planning Manager in Santa Monica HQ.
Responsibilities
- Lead management of Veo’s two warehouses in CA and NJ (including inventory management of parts, equipment and vehicles)
- Manage and track all international and domestic shipments coming in and out of the central warehouses. Coordinate additional labor to support unloading and loading shipments as needed.
- Manage a team of warehouse associates in both the west coast and east coast warehouse.
- Pick, pack and ship parts and equipment from the central warehouse to local markets.
- Schedule and manage all domestic FTL and LTL shipments. Support market operations by ensuring the market requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and in a cost-effective way.
- Support local markets procuring labor to load and unload trucks
- Perform monthly central warehouse hand count
- Manage standard warehouse purchase list, standard operating procedures and assets (e.g. warehouse signage)
- Lead monthly warehouse safety checks and audit process
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 or more years of experience in a warehouse leadership role
- Capable of operating forklift and pallet jack and lift up to 70 Lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic MS Excel knowledge

The base salary range for this full-time position is
$75,000 - $85,000.
Veo benefit, bonus and stock programs may be subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and performance.
