Coder is a fast-growing Series B startup transforming the way development teams build software. We are expanding into EMEA for the first time and we’re looking for our first highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our field, event, and digital marketing efforts across the region. This is a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and growth for Coder’s solutions across EMEA markets. Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and execute regional field marketing strategies, including in-person and virtual events, to drive pipeline creation and growth in EMEA markets

  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize global marketing programs and campaigns to align with regional market needs

  • Drive regional online programs, including webinars, email marketing, and digital advertising to support demand generation and lead nurturing

  • Drive strategic partner marketing initiatives, fostering strong collaborations that amplify brand reach, co-create innovative campaigns, and generate shared pipeline growth

  • Align closely with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and effective lead follow-up

  • Own and manage the EMEA marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum impact

  • Use Salesforce and HubSpot to track campaign performance, report on key metrics, and identify areas for improvement

What you bring:



  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing program management in the technology or SaaS industry, with a strong focus on open source technologies

  • Proven experience working with global teams, particularly in the US, to localize and execute marketing strategies in EMEA

  • Working knowledge of reporting and analytics in Salesforce and Hubspot or Marketo to track campaign success and drive data-driven decisions

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a hands-on, results-driven attitude, while being flexible for up to 20% travel to support regional initiatives and team collaboration

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to stakeholders across different regions

  • Creative problem-solver with a proven track record of developing innovative marketing programs

  • Startup experience

  • Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources

We would be even more excited if you have experience in the following:



  • Experience and ideas for ABM plays

  • Experience being the first marketing manager in a new region working with a global team

  • Expert experience in using Salesforce and Hubspot

Interview Process 


We believe that the interview process should be consistent and enjoyable. We hope to get through the interview process in two to three weeks if schedules allow. During this time, you will be able to meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and leadership. If this position requires a take-home assessment, we will compensate you for your work and time after completion.
