Apply today and help us continue to set the standard for premium payment solutions!The Settlement Specialist oversees the daily operations of the Third-Party Sender and Merchant Services Provider programs, including timely transfer of funds, total satisfaction of clients, timely implementation of new clients, and quick accurate resolution of client issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily operations for Third Party Sender program.
- Onboard new clients on ACH platform and create and maintain process documentation.
- Manage daily funding processes including reconciliations.
- Enforce processing limits during debit file uploads and request approvals/increases as necessary from Risk and Compliance.
- Provide Proof of Authorization for transactions requested from the Bank.
- Conduct daily operations for Merchant Services Provider program.
- Onboard new clients on Credit Card platforms and create and maintain process documentation. o Update Merchant accounts when requested by Risk and Compliance.
- Perform duties related to Flexible Settlement program, including transmission and file testing, encryption key management, task creation for file sending and receiving, and monitoring of file transfers.
- Respond to tickets from clients for assistance with reconciliation and other payment support.
- Creates reports and funds transfers for Convenience Fee customers with escrow accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations from clients
- Manage tickets from clients with for settlement related issues and ensure team is responding in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- Accredited ACH Professional Certification (AAP) or willingness to obtain
- 1 to 2 years of payment industry experience
- Relevant experience in the financial industry or ACH payment processing preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing client needs and expectations.Autoscribe offers a competitive total rewards package, including a hybrid schedule. This is an exempt position, so some hours over 40 in a given week is to be expected. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm EST. Some travel may be required, estimated to be 5%.
