Description
We are looking for a student who is pursuing a degree in a Supply Chain related field to join our team of Summer 2025 Interns. These internships are paid and run full-time from May 19th through August 1st, 2025. This role will work collaboratively with our Supply Chain group. The internship assignment is designed to provide the student with real-life work experience and training in the day-to-day activities of a manufacturing facility. Our internships are part of our recruiting strategy to attract and retain highly qualified talent.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Work on assigned projects with support from your mentor/supervisor/team member.
- Work closely with SCM and SQE to drive interdepartmental goals
- Support Operations with spot buys and other immediate needs as they arise
- Gather and analyze data related to inventory, shipping, logistics, supplier performance, and supplier quality
- Ensure Suppliers are adhering to and providing documentation for Environmental Compliance initiatives
- Review ERP data to ensure accuracy of information as it relates to Manufacturer and Harmonized Shipping codes
- Work closely with SCM and SQE to drive interdepartmental goals
- Support Operations with spot buys and other immediate needs as they arise
Requirements
Education
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance, International Business, Materials Science and Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of a 3.0 GPA
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work effectively with others and meet deadlines and goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter.
