In this role you will:
Play a critical role. Work directly with Co-Presidents and leadership team on organizational design and development strategies to help shape the future of the company.
Be a culture champion. Facilitate existing Culture Key program and continue to evolve activities to ensure our culture thrives.
Help build great leaders. Work with and assist leadership in being more effective in their roles using existing resources at KOS including Culture Index and Culture Keys.
Use your HR expertise. Ensure compliance and use your subject matter expertise to guide decisions relating to compensation, benefits, staffing and selection, HRIS, recordkeeping, performance management, health and safety, and employee relations.
Help others find their futures. Own the talent acquisition process. Decide the most appropriate strategies to attract and recruit top talent who enjoy defined paths for advancement, training, and education.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other related discipline.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR or other HR professional designation a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years, 7-10 years would be ideal, progressive Organizational Design and Development or Human Resources experience, or equivalent.
- One years’ experience leading or partnering with leadership to drive strategic people initiatives desired, but not required
Strong understanding of best practices in the following areas:
- Talent acquisition.
- Organizational Design and Development.
- Employee relations.
- On-boarding and training.
- HR-related laws.
- Compensation.
- Benefits.
