Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for client satisfaction? We're seeking a dynamic Client Support Manager to oversee our Client Success and Admin support teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Team Leadership: Manage the Client Success Managers, providing guidance, support, and oversight.
- Escalation Point: Resolve client relationship issues efficiently and collaboratively.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage the MS Admin and Finance support team, ensuring inventory management and client purchasing requests are handled effectively.
- Contract Review: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance and profitability.
