About this RoleAs a Client Success Associate, you will manage the day-to-day client service needs, including resolving client tickets, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
You’ll be focused on maintaining client satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of client issues.What You’ll Do…
- Client Ticket Management: Handle client tickets in Zendesk, ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests and issues.
- Day-to-day Problem Solving: Address routine client service needs and resolve issues quickly, escalating more complex problems to the Senior Account Manager when necessary.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients regarding service status, issue updates, and general inquiries. Prepare and deploy mass Client communications on a quarterly, biannual and/or annual basis depending on the information being requested (i.e., Summer break schedules for Education Clients)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Sales, Operations, fulfillment, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the timely resolution of client issues.
- Salesforce and CRM Use: Input and manage client data in Salesforce, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Badging Coordination Support: Assist in gathering client requirements for badging and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: When needed, assist the Senior Account Manager in major client lifecycle events such as installations, moves, and removals. Assist in company-wide special projects with a strong emphasis on Client engagement.
Who You Are…
- 1-3 years of experience in a client services or account management role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred but optional.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
