About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT systems specialist to implement, maintain, monitor and support the company's IT systems, such as computer hardware, software, video conferencing, and other corporate systems that support business operation. The person would also be responsible for supporting the implementation of security protocols related to access management, incident management and vendor management.

Responsibilities:


Maintain subject matter expertise in all applications for systems and maintain knowledge on all new and upcoming technologies and provide support to all production activities and resolve all technical issues in IT systems. Getting certified on systems and technologies will be a plus.Install, manage and maintain all system hardware and software throughout the organization, resolving problems where necessary.Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.Perform research and implement all technical solutions for all systems and ensure compliance to all company objectives and provide regular status reports to management and perform various tests on systems to ensure smooth workflow.Perform regular maintenance on software & associate ancillary equipment to maintain optimal efficiency.Provide technical support, training, and direction to staff to ensure effective use of systems.Support and document all security measures and standards for all computer software and hardware and ensure optimal working of all system equipment and ensure operational for the same.Administer user and group accounts, document assigned systems and relevant procedures.Maintain and facilitate in approval processes for IT procurement management processes.Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.Resource flexibility in working with other technicians and departments based on need.

Required Skills:


Proven technical skills as well as a highly organized approach to operational delivery of systems and servers.Excellent interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.Ability to coordinate at multiple levels and provide great customer service.Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in other IT Support Services

Preferred Skills:


Minimum 2 years of experience of related experience.Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.Experience learning new systems and keeping pace with advancements in application lifecycle management tools.Experience working with the Windows, Apple and/or Linux operating system.Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.Experience working with ticketing systems and SaaS.Pay: Up to $25.00 per hourJob Type: Part-timeExpected hours: No more than 25 per weekSchedule: Day shift, Monday to FridayWork Location: Phoenix, AZ 85029Apply for this job
