Digital Marketing Project Manager
to guide the strategic and tactical execution of our digital marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with optimal effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the project management process to effectively plan and execute timelines for digital campaigns across various channels including web, social media, email, and more.Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating with marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure alignment with overall business goals.Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Implement and maintain project management tools (e.g. ClickUp) to track progress, manage resources, and ensure continuous communication within the team.Analyze marketing data to report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing strategies.Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, including SEO strategies, to provide expert advice to clients and improve project outcomes.Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing and project management, particularly in leading marketing projects to successful outcomes.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing and project management tools and analytics software. Proficiency in ClickUp is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively across organizational levels, lead diverse teams, and effectively motivate staff towards achieving business objectives.
- Proven expertise in managing resources efficiently and maintaining systematic progress on multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
