Job Overview


As Relyance AI’s Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for strengthening our position and accelerating our growth. Directly reporting to the CMO, the successful candidate has an exceptional ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while building a longer-term market-winning strategy. Additionally, this position will work closely with product leadership to generate a constant innovation drumbeat and capitalize on the fast-changing market. 

As a Head of Product Marketing, your role will include:


  • Creating and Implementing Product Marketing Plans by defining positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, and working closely with product management to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Driving Sales through Collaborative Efforts by working with sales and global demand gen teams to create marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and define sales plays to effectively communicate our products' value.
  • Managing Product Launches by overseeing all aspects of product launches, from planning to execution, tracking performance metrics, including pricing.
  • Collaborating on Content Creation by developing insightful technical content, such as presentations, whitepapers, and videos, to communicate the unique value proposition of Relyance AI.
  • Contributing to Thought Leadership Initiatives by leading and creating thought leadership content, showcasing the company's expertise in Trust, Security, and AI governace.
  • Instilling a Culture of Excellence by fostering an environment of innovation, growth, and Unreasonable Hospitality within the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with the broader organization. 

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:


  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience of scaling both people and operations
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Bonus points for:


  • Experience Marketing in the Privacy or Security domain
  • A track record of success in a startup environment

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $190,000 to $250,000.
