Telecommute/hybrid position. Employee required onsite 3-4 days a week.

JOB DUTIES:

Manage and oversee the development of Treatment Delivery application software and associated software infrastructure within the RefleXion radiotherapy treatment delivery and medical imaging system. Serve as functional and technical leadership of the Treatment Delivery software applications development team. Lead project management of product software development and testing. Be able to engage in hands-on development of software as necessary. Plan and execute early-stage research/prototyping work to establish feasibility and clinical value. Manage and prioritize the software development backlog. Hire and grow team to meet organization's development and goals. Manage the interface and integration with algorithms and embedded software development. Manage and support design control deliverables for the product. Manage and support development of system diagnostics tools and debugging frameworks. Ensure compliance with RefleXion software development process and other regulatory requirements. Hybrid position. Employee required onsite 3-4 days a week. Up to 15% domestic travel.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field and 5 years ofexperience with software development or in any role that experience was gained. Experience must include:

  • 5 years of experience designing and developing commercial software products;
  • 5 years of experience in full-stack web development covering TypeScript, Angular, MongoDB and standard SCM tools;
  • 5 years of experience in Ubuntu operating systems;
  • 3 years of experience with system integration of software on complex electromechanical systems;
  • 2 years of experience leading software engineering projects;
  • Hybrid position. Employee required onsite 3-4 days a week.
