Job Summary:

 We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant specializing in General Accounting, Accruals & Equity to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing general ledger activities, accruals, and equity transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting, accruals, and equity accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of accruals and equity transactions.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in general accounting.
