Business Consultant – Tracking +

Our core values drive us, in business, internally, and in our everyday lives.As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of Veryon Tracking+ (VT+) projects throughout the full project life cycle, by applying Veryon’s Implementation Methodology, in accordance with the client’s objectives

Qualifications:


  • Experience within the Aviation Industry/Engineering
  • Experience in MRO and Maintenance Center Operations
  • Successful in handling projects from inception to completion
  • 5+ Years of Aviation/Logistics/Production experience of previous MRO systems 
  • PMP Certification Preferred
  • Must be willing to travel to customer sites at least 30% of the time.

What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives


Objective #1


In your first 30 days, take over management of current projects and get up to speed with internal processes. You will do so by:


  • Liaise with the Onboarding Manager to produce a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), with detailed scope and deliverables, that can be used in the overall project plan for each implementation
  • Successfully manage and deliver the tasks contained within the WBS for the customers you are responsible for during an implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and in budget
  • Take complete ownership of implementation projects assigned, manage consistent communication with the customer and cross functional collaboration within internal teams like product and engineering to ensure customer value delivery.

Objective #2:


In your first 3 months, you will independently manage current projects and kick off a new internal development project.


  • Train end users in the software and manage day-to-day queries, applying the escalation process, where necessary.
  • Plan and deliver on site workshops and training, working through existing processes and introducing any new software functionality to improve customer perceived value/satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively, efficiently, and consistently with customers, colleagues and line management and provide regular reports and forecasts of contract performance to support operations planning and budget/financial review processes

Objective 3:


In your first 6 months and in your first year, you will be the point person for all things Veryon Tracking +, to achieve this, you will:


  • Contribute to and manage the change request process, liaising between the customer and Veryon’s Product department.
  • Propose developments of the Veryon products and services and define the service levels to meet customer expectations.
  • Offering on site and remote support in the system configuration, user acceptance testing and implementation of our software.
  • Pro-actively contribute to efficiency gains and process improvements on an ongoing basis.
