DATA ENTRY SUPPORT - CR

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review the data entered against what the documentation shows for deficiencies or errors and correct incompatibilities as the information must be very accurate.
• Contact the parties involved through email, webex, or call and make sure to follow the requirements of the accounts with the corresponding accuracy.
• Use tools such as procedures and pieces of training for each account to execute the job accurately.
• Expected to handle order entry/data entry of all shipment specifics with 100% accuracy.
• Create consolidated LPs and update them to the correct milestone.
• Handle incoming calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• When necessary, provide backup information as necessary (HCPOD, Pictures, etc.…)
• Dispatch shipments for pickup once data entry is completed.
• Confirm pickup completed as expected and verify pieces’ weights and dimensions.
• Available to work after hours and on national holidays as needed.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• English B2+
• Fluent in Spanish/English both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma
• No prior experience necessary

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 1+ year of experience

Physical Requirements:

• Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
• Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
