What You’ll Do:

You’ll continue using your recruitment expertise while gaining exposure to key HR responsibilities. This role is ideal for anyone looking to transition into a broader HR career. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Execute end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we attract and hire top talent that aligns with our culture and goals.
  • HR Business Partner Support: Work alongside HR to support team initiatives in employee development, retention strategies, and performance management.
  • Employee Onboarding & Engagement: Take ownership of the onboarding process and collaborate on employee engagement programs to create a positive employee experience.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Assist with implementing HR policies and procedures, and gain exposure to legal compliance, and employee relations.
  • Learning & Development: Help drive employee growth through the planning and execution of training programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferred.
  • 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (corporate or agency)
  • 5 years of social media/ internet recruiting experience to source passive candidates, (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • 5 years of experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Proven success in hiring hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience with process improvement tools, SLAs and recruiting metrics
  • Experience with candidate management/applicant tracking systems and processes
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
