Sr. Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities:


  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Manage and configure Salesforce environments including setup, customization, and maintenance.
    • Create and maintain user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels.
    • Oversee data management tasks such as data imports, exports, and updates, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks
    • Sandbox environment management
    • Technical documentation
    • Working with integrated applications including Docusign, Zoominfo, Hubspot, Dunn and Bradstreet, etc

  • Customization and Optimization:
    • Develop and implement customized solutions using Salesforce tools like custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
    • Optimize Salesforce performance by identifying and resolving system issues, and recommending improvements for processes and automation.

  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
    • User support tickets
    • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to improve user proficiency and adoption of Salesforce features.
    • Monitor and improve user adoption

  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Design and generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various departments.
    • Monitor system usage and performance metrics to ensure the platform meets organizational needs.

  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
    • Collaborate with the IT team and third-party vendors to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.

  • Project Management:
    • Lead or participate in Salesforce-related projects, including new feature implementations, system upgrades, and process improvements.
    • Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

    Qualifications:


    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing Salesforce environments. CPQ Experience a must
    • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator and other relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration. Strong understanding of Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Experience with CPQ, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning is preferred.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Attributes:


    • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
    • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in Salesforce technology.
    • Proven ability to drive user adoption and change management initiatives
