Job Title: Warehouse AssociateDepartment: Warehouse Reports to: Warehouse ManagerFLSA Status: Non-ExemptThe warehouse associate is also responsible for stocking products, loading products for shipping, and order selection within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Checks, verifies, loads, stocks, and pulls inventory to meet store and customer orders.
- Performs daily inspections of appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including but not limited to: lift gate, pallet jack and hand truck, forklifts, radio frequency scanners and printers.
- Operates warehouse machinery in accordance with established safety procedures as needed to maintain the warehouse stock.
- Verifies and complete required documentation and reports.
- Complies with hazardous material regulations and procedures.
- Assists in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures.
- Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Exerting up to 75 pounds of force repetitively and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Able to push/pull up to 300 lbs using mechanical aids, such as hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc.
- Bending, twististing, squatting, climbing, pushing, pulling, stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking and moving at a quick speed of pace are required.
- Talking, hearing, and seeing with close visual acuity are frequently required.

- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma and/or GED is required.
- Basic computer skills
