Credigy Solutions Inc. has an immediate need for a Security Engineer to join our IT team at our corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA. This role will be part of a highly experienced team involved in developing a multi-layered approach to cyber cloud security, ensuring the availability, confidentiality and integrity of corporate data, developing secure network architectures and monitoring cyber security posture using solutions based on á variety of SW tools, both proprietary and open source. This includes reviewing and recommending improvements to the Credigy Written Information Security Program based on existing industry standards and frameworks (NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO 27002, PCI DSS, SSAE 16), creating underlying operational procedures and developing security checks to monitor the effectiveness of cyber security controls.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:• Contribute to the development of Credigy’s cloud security infrastructure (Azure, AWS);• Contribute to the development of the network security engineering security roadmap of Credigy’s Global IT network infrastructure;• Provide leadership and technical expertise with the deployment and maintenance of Credigy’s network security and remote access infrastructure and solutions;• Provide network security expertise and guidance around security issues and recommend solutions to mitigate and eliminate risk to Credigy’s information assets;• Responsible for contributing to the design of cutting-edge, high performance and secure network solutions and to help drive those solutions to completion;• Collaborate and provide input with Credigy’s Cybersecurity teams in the areas of Risk Management, Compliance, and Incident response to establish and enforce security policies for all network connectivity including employee remote access and business partner and supplier connections;• Assist with remediation efforts and recommendations as it relates to external and internal security audits;• Help develop and contribute with mentoring of network security SMEs;• Responsible for detailed documentation of security solutions and technical security standards;• Participate on an on-call rotation schedule supporting usersRequired Education, Experience and Competencies:• 5+ years of progressive network experience;• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related area require;• Must have demonstrated experience with industry standard network standards and technologies:• Azure Cloud Security; IPSec/SSL VPN, Firewall, IP networking, VLAN’s, virtualization, Network security, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, encryption, disaster recovery, high availability.• Strong proficiency with Windows Server 2016, Exchange, Office 365, VMWare• Must possess experience in maintaining and monitoring cyber security in cloud environments.
(Azure required. Windows Server and Linux experience is helpful);• Knowledge of industry leading information security standards (NIST, ISO, PCI, etc.);• Must work well as both a team member and independent contributor, with the ability to excel in a diverse team environment that requires collaboration across IT and non-IT functions and multiple countries;• Critical thinking skills that can be applied to develop creative and cost-effective solutions.• Experience in VMware and other virtualization technologies are a plus;• Must be self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision and be able to learn new technologies quickly;• Detail-oriented with ability to produce high quality work and an organized work structure;• Ability to manage change and thrive in a high-pressure, high growth environment.Founded in 2001, Credigy is a global specialty finance company with flexibility across the capital structure to acquire or finance a broad range of consumer assets.
