About the Opportunity
This is a high-impact role where you will have full ownership of HubSpot marketing operations, with the opportunity to continuously improve end-to-end lead generation processes, campaign performance, data accuracy, and performance reporting. You will collaborate closely with the Growth and Content & Communications teams to support integrated campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and analysis. Your efforts will directly contribute to Blumira’s growth and market presence, while driving team success through improved workflows, targeted messaging, and enhanced engagement with both prospects and customers.
Role Expectations
- Use HubSpot to help facilitate various marketing campaigns and events, including updating/creating workflows, creating forms, and creating webhooks
- Design, build, and maintain marketing performance reporting in HubSpot so that the department can monitor how well the department is performing against our KPIs and campaign success criteria
- Setting up and administering webinar operations in HubSpot
- Support go-to-market goals by maintaining our HubSpot lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead routing, and lead dashboards and alerts for the Sales department
- Serve as the project manager for integrated campaigns from inception through execution and measurement
- Manage HubSpot list segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and expansion of prospects and customers
- Provide data analyses of all marketing efforts on a regular basis
About You
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience owning and administering the HubSpot marketing automation and CRM platform
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data from tools such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Semrush, etc.
- Technically capable, excellent written and verbal communicator, and a desire to improve processes
- High attention to detail with the ability to zoom out and keep the big picture in mind (i.e., the ability to transition from tactics to strategy as needed)
- The ability to organize and manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Education in Marketing and/or other industry certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus
