Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is difficult to access and the delivery model must be expanded to provide earlier access to families. Forta is not only providing ABA services to our clients, but we’re also improving the future of the ABA experience for families by creating software and predictive algorithms that elevate clinicians to work smarter by surfacing the latest and most relevant case data. We are working diligently to continuously improve the patient journey and deliver personalized care by applying smart technology and investing in the growth of our world-class team. We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in filtering, processing, and refining data to empower our team members with actionable insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Filtering and processing data, ensuring accuracy, and addressing missing values to deliver reliable datasets to team members.
- Consolidating extensive data from diverse sources into a unified view, guaranteeing data accuracy and coherence.
- Employing innovative techniques to delve into data, uncovering patterns, correlations, and trends that drive informed decision-making.
- Crafting visually engaging data representations, including charts, graphs, and high-level dashboards tailored for leadership meetings.
- Conducting regular metric reporting, utilizing data analysis to steer team decision-making processes effectively.
- Identifying process inefficiencies related to data management and devising strategic solutions.
- Anticipating potential risks and challenges, providing insights to guide business decisions.
- Collaborating seamlessly with multiple teams to collect and refine data as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is a must, with a quick grasp of new software systems.
- Demonstrated analytical prowess, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the capacity for independent problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, facilitating effective dissemination of insights across the organization.
$50,000 - $60,000 a year
