Credigy is looking for an energetic and motivated
Junior Network Administrator to join our IT team! If you're passionate about networking, cloud technologies, storage, and cutting-edge solutions, this could be your next big step. You’ll be working hands-on with industry-leading tools like VMware, Dell, and Pure Storage while gaining valuable experience in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- VMware Administration: Support, configure, and manage virtualized environments.
- Storage Solutions: Assist with the operation and maintenance of Pure Storage arrays to ensure optimal performance.
- Colocation Facility Support: Travel to our Downtown Atlanta (once a month) colocation facility as required to handle on-site configuration, maintenance, and support.
- Network Switching: Manage and monitor switches to maintain network connectivity and performance across the enterprise.
- Enterprise Backups: Work with Rubrik or similar backup solutions to ensure successful data protection and recovery processes.
- Audit & Compliance: Support IT audit efforts by maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Server & Dell Computing: Perform maintenance and support for Dell computing systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
- Microsoft Cloud Administration: Assist in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online services, ensuring seamless integration and operations.
- Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensure that all systems and networks, including cloud platforms, are monitored and maintained effectively.
What You’ll Need:
- Technical Knowledge: Some experience with VMware, Pure Storage, Dell computing, and enterprise backups (Rubrik preferred). Familiarity with network switching, audit standards, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online. Experience with colocation facilities is a plus.
- Hands-on Learning: Be eager to get your hands on cutting-edge technologies, troubleshoot issues, and learn from our senior administrators.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to visit our Downtown Atlanta colocation facility when requested.
- Problem-Solving Attitude: Have a passion for troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Team Player: Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations across all network, storage, and cloud systems.

Required Education, Experience, and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business related area preferred but not required.
- 2-5 years of total network experience
- Must have demonstrated experience with industry-standard network standards and technologies:
- Disaster recovery, physical redundancy, logical redundancy.
- Strong proficiency with Windows Server 2012/2016, Exchange.
- Critical thinking skills that can be applied to develop creative and cost-effective solutions.
- Experience in VMware and solutions related to virtual servers, virtual desktop.
- Demonstrated experience with SAN’s and centralized storage environments.
- Must be self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision and be able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Detail-oriented with ability to produce high quality work and an organized work structure.
- Ability to manage change and thrive in a high-pressure, high growth environment.
- Ability to recognize business challenges and create effective solutions for those challenges.
