Position Overview:
Coronis Health LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the human resources functions and initiatives for our clients. This individual will focus on delivering HR services such as onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance, primarily serving our external clients rather than internal employees. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an HR Generalist for clients across multiple states.
Conduct thorough new hire orientations, ensuring accuracy in completing all related paperwork/forms and ensuring new hires understand benefit offerings.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and development planning.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, support, and resolution as needed.
Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, terminations, and communication with employees and benefit providers.
Support open enrollment processes, including assisting in planning and executing the annual open enrollment process and maintaining records.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist with regulatory compliance and program optimization by conducting periodic reviews to optimize benefits program effectiveness, competitiveness, and cost efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR function.
Provide day-to-day support for employees by addressing policy questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
Support HR functions related to processing/tracking FMLA and other LOAs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in managing activities related to Workers' Compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Conduct and track employee exit interviews.
Perform other duties as assigned by HR leadership to meet the needs of the organization.

Skills & Technical Experience:
Education & Certifications:HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.
Experience:4+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on benefits, employee relations, and HR administration.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and EEO.
Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in MS Office applications and ADP Workforce Now is required.

Minimum Education/Certifications/OTJ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Leadership & Communication:
- Strong communication skills to manage employee relations and facilitate HR processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure HR functions are performed efficiently.
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement:
- Proven ability to identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement solutions.
- Experience resolving employee issues and maintaining compliance with HR regulations.
