Responsibilities


  • Support high priority oncology workflows 
  • Perform critical quality control functions in the reporting workflows
  • Autonomously own ad hoc processes and audits to ensure operational excellence is maintained
  • Support ongoing and future projects within the team 

Candidate Qualities:


  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Adaptable to changing procedures, policies, and work environment
  • Able to recognize workflow anomalies and raise them appropriately
  • Able to complete assigned tasks while managing items with competing priorities
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Quick & adaptable learner with general office equipment and software knowledge and computer proficiency

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years working experience
  • 4 year college degree, preferably in Biological Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Is highly organized and systematic, with superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Persistent and resilient person who thrives in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment
  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Show initiative and ability to work as part of a high-level team while working independently

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience with quality assurance and/or compliance in an FDA-regulated industry is preferred
  • Experience with Protected Health Information (PHI)
