Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technology Product Manager to join our technology team. This role will be responsible for managing and owning technology product development and platforms within our technology portfolio, focusing on projects related to the Retail & Apparel Industry. This role requires a background in product management or technology systems, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to project ownership.This is a rapidly scaling company and requires somone with a high degree of flexibility as a critical contributor on a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the Greyson Clothiers product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer impact and business value.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through development and release, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Monday.com to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Provide regular status updates on product performance and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Junior Product Management role (or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Experience managing large-scale projects using project management tools like Jira and Monday.com.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take ownership of products and drive them to successful outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with other product management tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of software development processes and technologies
