The ideal candidate’s experience will take a particular focus on hiring technical and/or sales talent.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will have lots of autonomy, and will work in a collaborative, diverse and welcoming culture.
How you’ll play your part
- Helping the business to deliver against our ambitious scaling plans, with a focus on finding, hiring and retaining the best talent in the market.
- Using your extensive talent network to connect people to our business.
- Guiding our leaders and managers on talent best practice.
- Taking a focus on continuous improvement, with a desire to build diverse talent pools.
- Previous experience in building out an Employee Value Proposition with engaging content, online and in-person events and a genuine desire to make sure that every candidate that interacts with us has a great experience.
The experience you’ll bring
- A real interest in what we do, a strategic mindset and the foresight to build as we scale.
- Proven Talent experience ideally with a focus on either technical or ‘Go to Market’ roles.
- Experience working across multiple geographies.
- A progressive, non-bureaucratic approach to Talent with the ability to shift between strategic thinking and operational delivery.
- A focus on business outcomes and the ability to work in an agile way with Digital and data acumen.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to move between listening to, guiding and coaching others at all levels.
- A genuine passion for creating an environment and working culture where people are happy and can succeed.
- Marketing, communication and presentation skills to facilitate projects and initiatives.
