Deep End Talent Strategies is a Certified Women-Owned Business based in Zionsville, Indiana. We serve clients with employees in 43 states and five continents. We partner with growing organizations for HR, training, and payroll to attract, develop, and retain top talent. We are a tech-forward, values-driven organization that just celebrated our 5th anniversary! We are growing and adding a part-time HR Assistant to work hybrid in Zionsville for approximately 25 hours per week with flexible hours.
The HR Assistant will support the Deep End team and our clients with HR projects, marketing support, and administrative tasks to further our vision of being our clients’ most valuable partners as they advance business and community.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with recruitment, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain internal files and client records; assist with business bookkeeping and recordkeeping.
- Maintain client employee files and data within various HRIS systems, including Gusto, Rippling, ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, and more.
- Assist with open enrollment and benefits administration.
- Respond to LinkedIn messages for scheduling business prospect calls and similar sales/marketing support.
- Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Administer LMS for user access, enrollments, password resets, and customer service inquiries.
- Assist with payroll process and set up/migration for clients as needed.
- Serve as Executive Assistant to the Principal Consultant for scheduling, planning, and meeting prep.
- Assist with client onboarding and project tracking.
- Create presentations, graphics, and other digital assets and reports for internal and external use.
- Facilitate or participate in Interview Dive and Here to Learn demos.
- Represent Deep End at community and professional events.

- Appreciation of tech—We run on Microsoft but have clients on Google and are in no fewer than 10 systems a day, including multiple payroll and HR platforms. The Assistant must have a dedicated ethernet cable connection and a professional home office environment or work from our Zionsville co-working space. We are a camera-on company and ping each other often throughout the day.
- Two years or more of administrative or office management experience.

- Ability to flex time and hours to accommodate clients in different time zones and be in-person within Central Indiana as needed, with or without much notice.
