Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team of up to 10 members.
- Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and goal-setting.
- Motivate and support team members in achieving their best.
- Ensure project success by assigning tasks effectively and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proactively plan the team's work for the future, from quarterly to annual goals.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Champion a culture of learning, growth, and innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum B2 level of proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 3+ years of team management experience (teams of at least 5 people).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align team goals with organizational objectives.
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
- Initiative and a passion for driving positive change.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
- Experience working with various datasets and knowledge of SQL (a plus).
