The Account Manager position is a senior sales role. This role will cultivate a relationship with all clients in their assigned territory with the ultimate goals of client retention and selling additional products to existing clients. Account Managers will be exposed to a fast- paced, dynamic, and demanding work environment. The Account Manager will be responsible for representing our entire suite of Privacy, E-Discovery, and Forensics software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and annual quotas as set forth by management.
- Develop customer knowledge and build relationships by driving activity and face to face meetings at all levels of the account.
- Focus on client retention and product expansion.
- Complete account records, activity and reporting in Salesforce.com.
- Work with marketing team to develop customer success stories and testimonials.
- Manage RFP/RFI’s related to existing clients.
- Continuously learn and demonstrate competency all Exterro products.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Must have strong closing skills with a high level of self-motivation and energy.
- 5+ years of sales and Account Management experience.
- Experience with high-end enterprise software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, acting as a liaison with all other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Willingness to work on a flexible work schedule to support clients in different time zones.
- Travel 20%-30% of the time.
- Experience with software products in the E-Discovery, Privacy and Forensics segments is preferred.

The salary range for this remote position is $100,000-$130,000 per year, based on skills, experience and qualifications.
The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
