Summary/Objective
Klipsch is looking for a Jr. Product Support Representative to assist in the Customer Service department. The purpose of this position is to answer phone calls and support incoming tickets containing technical and practical questions regarding Klipsch products as well as assisting with warranty and non-warranty replacement parts. This position pays $13.50 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. This position is fully remote.
Essential Functions
- Respond to phone calls and support tickets pertaining to questions about our product, including product recommendations and set-up to consumers, dealers and installers. Diagnose possible problems with product.
- Troubleshooting passive, active and wireless systems
- Warranty Assistance
- Ad hoc projects as directed by manager
Education/Experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- 1+ years of customer service experience
